I went to Paris Baguette this Sunday and left extremely disappointed. The place was really dirty, the coffee was horrible, and the whole experience was awful from start to finish. If regret could kill, I’d be dead. Never going back!

The staff were great, attentive and asked me if they was anything else they could do for me. Both Sylvia & Odalys were professional and friendly ate the same time. We definitely recommend you location. Junction Blvd Corona. 👍🏾

Came in to redeem my free slice of birthday cake that I got in the app (love the fact that they don't limit it to one day redemption only, like we're not busy on the day of our actual birthdays with friends and family.. smh) And then I saw other coupon offers which other apps don't offer as much so I wanted to try a little of everything but you can't redeem multiple offers in one transactions .....and this is when their staff: Steven G. came to the rescue and was patient enough to go through each offer with me one by one, patiently, and attitude free, yet still friendly (which is rare in customer service, kudos!!) Thank you Steven !! I look forward to more offers in the app for me to try new things from drinks to pastries and other food items that I usually wouldn't have tried...since I am a creature of habit lol 🤣

Sunday I came to the store just to try the new Nutella flavor croissants. To be fair with you, next time I would’ve just went to Northen Blvd as their services are much better than junction. The man working carelessly packed my croissants without gloves instead used a parchment paper and put the parchment paper literally on top of the croissant ruining it. I wanted to take beautiful pictures of it because I work in a bakery. As someone who works as a sales associate in Italian bakery cafe. I always serve the pastries with care and properly put them instead of a bag. I put them in a box because especially with the filling on top you don’t wanna ruin the croissants when you’re selling it to a customer you want to look perfect. Croissants were still yummy beside it being ruined the chocolate mostly came off which was very disappointing so I tasted more of the waffle and strawberry. However the supreme strawberry cream croissant I think it’s called was very yummy wasn’t ruined by the paper like try Belgium Nutella waffle was..

I’ve liked this location in the past, but I had a really disappointing experience here a few days ago. I came in late at night with my sister and ordered a sandwhich and something similar to a hot dog. When I went to order a drink, they were out of the one I wanted, which I completely understood given the time. However, the way the employee responded felt rude—not just to me, but also to the customer ahead of me. Her tone came across as dismissive and like she just wanted to rush through her shift. While we were waiting, another situation happened that stood out. A customer came in for an online pickup, and an employee came out from the back eating food and laughing. She asked him if a drink was his, and when he explained he had ordered it a while ago, she laughed and then started making it. It didn’t feel professional and was uncomfortable to watch. I also specifically asked for my food to be heated, but when it was handed to me, it was completely cold—literally cold to the touch. That was honestly the most concerning part, because it made me question how long the food had been sitting out. Overall, it wasn’t just one issue—it was the attitude, the lack of care, and the poor c
